A happy life, highly flexible and optimistic life is wonderful and is also good for your health. To be happy, life actually protects you from the stress of everyday life. Stress is associated with the leading causes of death, like heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the best things is always said "change is the only thing that remains in life, which is always the same", and have in our lives that we make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we're in an intolerable situation, we can always find comfort knowing that would change it.

Social networks or relations are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are avoiding collisions, constant arguments and leave all kind of resentment.
